Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original sale, accompanied by your original receipt. All merchandise returned must be in original condition/packaging. If the merchandise is defective, it must be accompanied by all original packaging so that it can be returned to manufacturer. Special order items are not returnable. If you paid for your purchase by check, it is necessary to wait 10 business days before we can process your refund. Refunds will be given by STORED CREDIT ONLY. No refunds will be given in Cash or by credits to Credit/Debit cards.

Special Orders: The Knitting Patch will be happy to special order anything you may wish to order. You will be asked to make a deposit that is 50% of the amount of the order you are placing at the time you place the order. Should you wish to return special order item(s), a 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed at the time of the return.

Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates issued by The Knitting Patch are redemable for merchandise only. They may not be redemed for cash, and have no cash value.
