Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original sale, accompanied by your original receipt. All merchandise returned must be in original condition/packaging. If the merchandise is defective, it must be accompanied by all original packaging so that it can be returned to manufacturer. Special order items will result in a 15% re-stocking fee being assessed at the time of the return. If you paid for your purchase by check, it is necessary to wait 10 business days before we can process your refund. Purchases made by credit card will be refunded to the credit card account you used on your original purchase. Refunds from debit cards will be made in cash.

Special Orders: The Knitting Patch will be happy to special order anything you may wish to order. You will be asked to make a deposit that is 50% of the amount of the order you are placing at the time you place the order. Should you wish to return special order item(s), a 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed at the time of the return.

Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates issued by The Knitting Patch are redemable for merchandise only. They may not be redemed for cash, and have no cash value.
